When I first started creating art, the first and my favorite form was using a paper and pencil. I transitioned to inking my work, giving off a comic book style look.
Evangelion Unit 13
My most recent project of 2026. In this project, I wanted to push my art to the next level, and how I accomplished that was through referencing a subject and transferring it on paper. Before you lies Evangelion Unit 13 on a 14″ x 17″ paper. Eva Unit 13 comes from the anime movies Evangelion 3.0 You Can (Not) Redo & Evangelion 3.0 + 1.0 Thrice Upon a Time. This drawing challenged my ability to draw subject that is symmetrical, and that can be seen through its organic and mechanic looking face and body. To express the immense power Eva Unit 13 communicates through visuals, I used thick line work to exhibit its strength and power as well as using a downwards angel to show the mass of Unit 13.
Wolverine
One of the most popular Marvel characters and one my favorite superheroes of all time, The Wolverine. Not only is it a joy to draw him but it also challenged me to draw bigger characters because it helps me to control body proportions and more expressive movements.
Chainsaw Man
Chainsaw Man from the anime Chainsaw Man. One of my favorite characters. This drawing gave me challenge on how to draw characters in dynamic poses.
Bolt Thrower
Bolt Thrower. A death metal band from the United Kingdom. One of my all time favorites, in both music and logo design. With how complex the logo is, I wanted to draw it without any guidelines, just straight eye ball it.
Xenomorph
The Xenomorph, a classic monster from the classic Sci-Fi movie Alien. A design crafted beautifully to show how horrifying monsters can be.
